From September 14 to September 15, 2026, a workshop on Energy Systems showing control and machine learning in action takes place in Saarbrücken, Germany. The workshop is organized by Working Group 3 that is concerned with Hybrid and data-driven modelling and is open to anyone interested in energy systems.
The workshop will discuss contemporary control and machine learning techniques for the control of energy systems. The workshop is open to all kinds of control problems in the energy sector, with a particular focus on the challenges arising from the increasing share of renewable energies and the management of smart grids.
